On tour with St. Peterburg Philharmonia
From May 5 to May 14 Julia Fischer is touring in Hungary, Austria and Germany with the St. Petersburg Philharmonia under Yuri Temirkanov. In eight concerts in Budapest, Vienna, Linz, Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin and Cologne she is playing the violin concerto op. 77 by Johannes Brahms and the violin concerto op. 47 by Jean Sibelius.

Julia Fischer at Boston Symphony Orchestra

On 26, 27, 28 February and 3 March Julia Fischer is back with concerts in the USA: With Boston Symphony Orchestra she is playing Brahms violin concerto.

On Tour with the Julia Fischer Quartet - and Quintet
In January Julia Fischer was on tour with her quartet in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Julia Fischer, Alexander Sitkovetsky, Nils Mönkemeyer and Benjamin Nyffenegger were guests a. o. at Vienna Musikverein, Tonhalle Zurich and the Berlin Philharmonie.
A further special concert will be on 2 June at Alte Oper Frankfurt. Julia Fischer will be on stage as violinist and pianist: Together with members of her quartet and Daniel Müller-Schott, she will not only play the violin in Schubert's string quintet C Major but also the piano in Dvořák's piano quintet A Major.
